The work we do in supporting the jewels we serve at The Sarina Project anchors on three goals – to Reclaim, Retrain and Relaunch.
We recognise that taking female sex workers off the streets is a noble mission however, our aim is to hold their hands till they are fully equipped with the requisite skills and knowledge to be integrated back to the society as responsible citizens.
Our intervention is person-centered and this has proven to be sustainable, yielding desired outcomes. From treatment to therapy, care to counselling, we work towards ensuring our jewels are not relegated as mere statistics but transformed as women with possibilities of achieving so much regardless of their past.
We are committed to being active contributors in realising a world where sex workers are reclaimed from the cycle of exploitation and abuse, retrained by professionals to become valuable and more importantly, re-launched into the society to prove that recovery is not an illusion.
